Terms

You have made a session request with Evermore Photography LLC. Evermore Photography will not accept an appointment until the contract has been signed and full payment has been made by the Client. Client is required to complete the contract at least 7 days before your session or Evermore Photography will cancel your session and refund your payment. If you have booked a session that takes place within 7 days of booking, Client is required to complete the contract within 24 hours of your booking or Evermore Photography will cancel your session and refund your payment.

Cancelation Policy

This agreement may be terminated up to 7 days prior to scheduled photoshoot. If Client cancels their photoshoot within the allowed time, Client is entitled to a full refund. Client must cancel within 7 days to receive a full refund. If the client fails to attend their session this is considered a cancelation and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

Rescheduling

Client may reschedule their session one time for any reason as long as a 48 hour notice is given. The rescheduled session must be during an agreed upon time, dependent on Evermore’s Photography availability. If the client needs to reschedule their session a second time for any reason there will be a $50 rebooking fee. Client must cancel within 48 hours prior to appointment to be able to reschedule. If client would like to reschedule within 48 hour of their session they will need to pay a $50 rebooking fee.

Weather

Evermore Photography will make the call on the weather the day of your scheduled session. If there is less than 30% chance of rain, we will continue with the session. If it rains during your session, the Client can decide if they would like to continue or reschedule. If it snows during your scheduled session then we will proceed with your photos. Due to frequent weather changes, Evermore Photography will make the final call on rescheduling and it will not be made until the day of your scheduled session.

Participation

Participation of Client and their entire party is not the responsibility of Evermore Photography. Evermore Photography prides Themselves in her ability to create an experience that everyone can enjoy. Evermore Photography strives to make your session fun and laid back for everyone involved. Unfortunately there are rare occasions where a participant does not want to participate. Evermore Photography is not responsible for the Client, and their partie’s, participation.

Late Arrivals

In the event that the Client arrives late to their session, the amount of time late may be deducted from the time allotted for the session. This may also result in loss of photos delivered by the Photographer. Photographer will not provide a refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client.

Editing and Retouching

Basic editing and retouching are included in your session such as: acne, blemishes, bruises, teeth whitening, scars, cuts, light facial wrinkles (if requested) and lighting. More advanced editing such as hair coloring and flyaways, clothes wrinkles, large clothing stains, excessive animal hair, clothing repair, changing of body image and teeth brushing will not be included in your session fee but can most likely be repaired if requested for an additional $10 per photo.

Please come to your session prepared for professional photos. Iron your clothes, brush your teeth, use a lint roller, remove anything from your pockets, etc. We capture authentic moments and lightly edit them.

Ownership of Photos

Evermore Photography owns all photos taken by them. Evermore Photography may use any photos they take to market themselves on the internet, social media, print, etc. If the Client requests not to be used for marketing purposes they must relay that at booking and those photos will not be used for marketing purposes. Once photos have been released to Client without a watermark the client may share and print photos. No unedited photos will ever be released to the customer.

No Refunds

Once the photos have been delivered to the Client, the Client will be assumed to have accepted the photos unconditionally. They may ask that modifications be made to edited photos but they are not guaranteed. If the images have been downloaded then no further modifications will be made. Absolutely no refunds will be made after the session has occurred.

Travel Fees and Expenses

If Client chooses a location that requires a fee for professional photographers, it is the Clients responsibility to pay this fee. A few of the locations that Evermore Photography offers require a travel fee to be paid. Client will be responsible for paying this travel fee if they wish to have their session at this location. Client will be responsible for providing any props that they may wish to use during their session.

Safety

Evermore Photography reserves the right to end a session at any time, without refund, if they feel that their equipment or their health is in danger. This includes but is not limited to safety concerns by; strangers, acts of God, nature, and clients.

Emergency

In the rare occurrence that there is an illness, death, or any other emergency, Evermore Photography has the right to reschedule your session for a time that works for the client and business. If rescheduling is not an option, the client will receive a refund.
